Hola amigos de hive, hoy les voy a hablar de mi planta medicinal de insulina, esta se puede encontrar de varios especies hay unas que su flor es color naranja, otras son de enredadera y hay otros tipos. La mía es esta, que a continuación: les voy a mostrar en la fotos, la que yo tengo,sembrada en mi patio ,hay personas que la confunden con albahaca,por su flores azul celeste pero; la flor de la albahaca es morada. Les voy a recomendar una receta, buena para las personas que son diabeticas. Mi madre es diabetica y desde comenzó a tomarla a tenido, una gran mejoría. Mi tío que es mi vecino se la pasaba mareado, cansado, ahora se siente bien mejor gracias a esta planta.

La diabetes se produce cuando el cuerpo ya no puede producir la cantidad de insulina que necesita para su buen funcionamiento. Es decir, el páncreas no sintetiza la cantidad de insulina que el cuerpo humano necesita.
Por mi comunidad varias personas conocidas las tienen en su patio y la usan como medicina para la diabetes. aquí les voy a dejar la receta es fácil de preparar.

Agarrar de la mata 3 o 4 hojas lavarlas bien. si no tienes la planta a la mano y has guardado las hojas, también sirven secas pero, tienes que colar por que, cuando están secas se desboronan.

Cocinar y dejar hervir por un periodo de 5 minutos para que suelte,la sustancia las hojas.

Dejar reposar puedes tomarlo tibio o frió

Modo de tomar puedes tomar una taza pequeña en la mañana y otra en la noche antes de dormir,por un periodo de 5 días, después puedes parar una semana y luego volver a tomar, es decir, una semana si y otra no.
