I LOVE roselle and have been thinking about it for days. There's a wonderful organic roselle farm here in Doi Saket - suddenly I think a visit may be on my radar. 😊 Gotta say that most Thai roselle is heavily sprayed with pesticides and that organic REALLY MATTERS.

Did you whip and freeze just once? Or freeze and rewhip and freeze again?? I think I have to try this!! 😍

Yes organic is what counts. From my experience you blend and mix /freeze for 6 hrs and 2hr freeze on the second blend....mixing more than once is creamier
