Along with his life's wisdom, achievements and discoveries Whim led us through the basic exercises.

How Wim describes it, it's all logical. With exercises like this one you activate your inner opioids. Your internal opioid system when the pain comes, makes the pain go away.

Remember the basic postulate - easy does it.

If you follow the Wim Hof method you can find unconditional love and emotional awareness, this beautiful shit as he puts it. Zhen you are in control, your soul is in control.

Next stop was active meditation as Wim calls it. It was like singing Ohm with your own chords.

Stretching was part of the package too.

Wim: "Pain is nothing more than a signal there is not enough blood there." Again, easy does it.

And, exercising is a meditation in the movement.

Give yourself time, learn to manipulate your blood flow where it needs to be. Enable the flow of your electrical currents, connect with your mind. Give yourself space at your pace.

We are hard-wired to be unconditionally in love.

Next we went through the breathing exercise. Six repetitions of 30 inhales and exhales with the retention up to two minutes and fifteen seconds. It wag great. I felt so warm and alive inside.

After the break it was time for the main event - ** ice bath.**

Wim: "In two minutes in the ice bath you awaken a natural control of your cardio vascular system. Ice bath resets your body to a natural inner hour."

After the bath Wim was so invigorated that he needed additional refreshment. A head dive into an icy pool.

With your body's systems fully awake you can do planks easily.

Good four hours with Wim went by like a breeze. He is a remarkable person.
