Hello my dear colleagues. When it comes to health we must resort to all the means that are presented to us and in nature there are many things that we can use. At the end of the day, all the medications we use for our illnesses come from there, but everything is processed so that it lasts longer for years.

In our homes we usually have a plant that cures many diseases and is very valuable and many of us don't even know it, Sabila. Today I am going to teach you how to make aloe vera pills or aloe vera suppositories to treat constipation problems.

The first thing we must have is a good Sabila stalk (leaf), which is thick since that means that it has a lot of crystal, which is what we are going to extract to make these pills or suppositories.

It is cut closest to the root since it is the widest part of the leaf and where we can find the most polished or Sabila crystal.

It will immediately begin to release a yellow liquid that you should let drain since it is what has its characteristic smell and can be toxic for many people since it is Iodine.

After a while, wash the leaf and remove all of its green skin.

This leaves a transparent gel, ready to be molded into the size and shape we want. If you are going to use it as a suppository, it is advisable to give it a slightly rounded shape since the rectangular shape has some edges that harden when frozen and could cause a little discomfort when using the suppository.

The Sabila gel is flexible, so you should take it to the freezer so that it is firm and you can handle it and also so that it lasts a long time in your refrigerator and you can use it safely since if you do not freeze it it will release its water and be damaged in few days.

To put everything in the freezer we can use two methods:

1 wrap each piece of Sabila in aluminum foil, individually, so we would have the option of taking one or the amount we need without damaging the others, or

2 Arrange them in a bag, one stick next to the other, and make several rows of Sabila and fold them in rows, thus forming an envelope which we can open and take the amount we need. The only thing is that you have to take them all out, but if they are already frozen and you do not leave them outside the freezer for a long time, they will not dehydrate and they will not be damaged.

This way my packaging is ready for the freezer and it doesn't take up much space.
I made this remedy for my daughter who is bothered by hemorrhoids and the doctor told her to use Aloe Vera in suppositories and poultices.
Sabila has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antifungal properties, among others.

It can be applied to the hair, the foot, or taken. It can be used for Acne, to heal skin burns or as we use it in my house for constipation, among many of its many uses.

Happy Birthday to the Hive Blockchain

For a second in the first photo, I thought you were filleting a fish! 😂 Then I realized that you were actually making the aloe vera pills. Your post was very educational and interesting. This post deserves a joke! How do you make a water bed bouncier?

Add spring water. Keep up the good work @isabelpena!

hahaha well, it's difficult to see a green fish, have you seen it? Your observation is very good. Thanks for checking out my post.

Thank you very much.

I love Aloe aka Sabila, I have been using it on my face every week and often daily for years, it has really helped me cure acne in a miraculous way. If I had a bigger fridge I would totally try out your method, for now I just slice off the plant when needed. thanks for sharing your experiences with us!
