Well spoken sir..
We all know what we want but we can't get it without communicating it, it should be known that asking is not a wrong thing to do..
Even in the classroom you ask questions just to get answers, if no question is asked then no answer will be given..
Dope smile you gat there sir.. 🙂

Exactly. I would like to add that alignment to what you desire is important. We don't try watching sunsets facing east right? We don't typically grow in the shade if we are a growing tree.
Understanding my traumas better and how they directly caused all my complex problems with people and life in general; has allowed for realignment towards accepting the abundance around me in a healthy way.
Oh and btw, your face is looking very dapper sir.
Saying No is very important. If we don't say no, we end up doing things against our will or interest which actually means a waste of time and energy. Sometimes we will take an additional burden on our head just because we can't say No. It just reduces our productivity. We must learn to say No at the right time and in a way that we don't end up hurting the other person.
The NVC book, Nonviolent Communication by Marshall Rosenberg, may fit in with this concept! Consent and request (vs demand) are a big part of NVC.
