THE NUMBER 1 GYM SMOOTHIE (SPINACH+PEAR) BOOM!!!

As you guys may know by now I love smoothies, it's efficient you can have fun and play around with whatever you like. One day I was curious I wanted to add spinach to my diet but I didn't know how. I know spinach is good for you and can help when it comes to the gym so that's my real reason to be honest. I'm a bit weird when it comes to food at times and I wanted to make it fun and enjoyable. Out of pure intuition I put it in a blender and added a pear I thought because I like pear and spinach it would go together well, and I was right!!
It tastes great they compliment each other so gracefully I wish I could say I invented this but I'm sure someone has done this before me. I wish I was great with words but honestly nothing I say on this post would do this fabulous smoothie justice. My energy in the gym was on another level I could lift heavy weights for longer I could run for longer however this is after having this smoothie for a period of days, as well as eating healthy.

all you need to do is clean the spinach and one pear and blend it no need for milk sugar (pear is already sweet) or anything else this is just another reason why I love this smoothie simple and effective baby!

I have become much bigger and stronger after eating spinach within less than two weeks I started to notice the difference.Spinach really does make you STRONGER! ... Researchers at the Karolinksa Institute in Sweden recently found that spinach increases muscle strength just like Popeye said.chemicals in spinach do help to build muscles, speeding up the body's conversion of protein into muscle mass.

I will do a whole post on pears as I have too much to talk about so look out for that one but if you like pears and spinach try my little recipe out you might like it as much as I did simple easy fun efficient.
