Those are some intriguing points about PD [Parkinson]. Though my main interest is nootropics, I keep finding research about herbs that may help PD patient such as cinnamon. I wrote about it 9 days ago here natural nootropics such as cinnamon. Garlic is potent as well. I regularly consume it because of its properties.
Namaste.
I just had a look at your very well timed article as I hadn't heard of nootropics till now. And certainly wasn't aware of the info you presented there. Need to check which type of cinnamon we have now... I like to put it on my bananas ;)
I have heard about the effectiveness of garlic. @sebcam (an old buddy of mine, currently running across america) makes sure to eat garlic regularly. Along with ginger, in a lemon cocktail mix. Not so yummy, but super charging to the system.
Feel like I need to learn more about nootropics now...
Don't suppose you have any good links for that?
Please do check about the kind of cinnamon that you have. it's very important cause they're not equal. Though from researches I read, they use both type of cinnamons.
I suppose I don't have links where to start with nootropics but this might do ? https://erowid.org/experiences/exp_front.shtml
I simply read research from whatever I could find about neurodegenerative diseases since I potentially might suffer from one due an accident I had 4 years ago. I also just happen to gather information about herbs that I consume which are mostly about nootropics such as : gotu kola & ginkgo along with variations of vitamin B complex.
Power to you for seeking to better understand your situation. Sounds like you are doing a great job.
Many thanks for the link.
You are welcome :)
Namaste.
