RE: What's the difference between different sugars? Which are good and which are bad?

in Natural Medicine4 years ago

I really loved this post of yours. Just discovering you and definitely plan to follow you from my personal account!

I use raw sugarcane for everything - especially to eat and drink stuff while working in the computer since, as you mentioned, it is VITAL to our brain if we need to think a lot!

But, YES, this was so informative to me. You explained it really well and I am leaving your post with much more knowledge that I had when I just arrived. Here, in Colombia, they even sell HONEY that, when you read the ingredients, is just pure corn syrup with corn starch and artificial flavor of honey. Wtf?

I noticed that too with my cheap honey! Being able to navigate the food labels with sugars helps a lot!

I navigate EVERY food label now. It terrifies me. Half (or more) of the things are NOT what they say. Now, with this knowledge about different sugars I think I leveled up!
