I have a very similar way of thinking to you about this topic of spirituality - it's definitely something that is hard to explain, I think you have to just feel it instead!

Thank you!! I read your blog. I’m glad you included yourself in the challenge. The spirituality challenge is my first post on Natural Medicine.
I also used your blog to inspire some edits to my post here. I was avoiding uploading images because I’m having internet issues due to a move, but having seen your blog on spirituality, and how lovely it looked, I had to spruce up mine with some colours. 😊
It's one of my first ones too on Nat Med. I should probably use the naturalmedicine tag when I post my mental health blogs but I sometimes cover a few topics in one post so don't want to abuse the tag but have been encouraged to do more mental health posts so maybe you'll see me more often there!
I'm happy to have inspired some changes to your post. You can actually just copy the image address rather than the image which would make it easier and save uploading an image that already exists. That's what I do, you just paste the link to the image if it helps. I like the new colours 😁
