If you live in a State, or Country where you can buy Legal hemp seeds you can easily grow your own organic Hemp to make High CBD Coffee, Tea or Hot Chocolate. Try to get Seeds that have 10% CBD and < 1 % THC
Step 1: Plant your Hemp Seeds.
Step 2: After the plants flower you can harvest, dry and cure the flowers, leaves and stems of the Plant.
Step 3: Decarboxylate the Flowers, and leaves by placing on a cookie sheet in the oven for 25/minutes at 220 F.

Step 4: Place the Decarboxylated flowers and leaves into a Tea diffuser and place into a Cup of Hot water
Step 5: Add milk or cream to the Tea and there you have your High CBD Tea.
Step 6: To drink as a High CBD Coffee or Hot Chocolate simply add some Coffee or Hot Chocolate to the CBD Tea.
The milk and cream or another fat source, such as coconut oil are necessary to bind the CBD so that the body can process it.
Yep... you need the binding fat to get the CBD
