NOURISHMENT - What I Eat in a Day (Raw Vegan)

We nourish ourselves not only with the food we eat but also with proper breathing, sunshine, exercise, meditation, good company or music.

Therefore I like to start my days with breathing practices, light exercises and meditation. Today I also got lucky and had some free time right when the sun was coming out so that I didn’t miss the chance to soak up some powerful sunshine.

And of course, I also choose to nourish myself with delicious fruits and veggies ever day:

🍋 MORNING HYDRATION: 1 liter of thyme tea with lime juice

🍊 BREAKFAST: 2 oranges and 1 large papaya

🍌 LUNCH: Nicecream made of 6 frozen bananas, 1/2 mamey sapote, 1/2 cup raspberries, 1/2 cup blackberries, ginger and cinnamon

💦 MIDDAY HYDRATION: 1 liter filtered water with thyme tea

🌱 SNACK: 1 papaya with 2 cups arugula and 1/2 cup blackberries

🥬 DINNER: Big bowl of mixed lettuce, arugula, cucumber, tomatoes, 1 nori sheet, topped with tomato-tahini sauce with chia seeds and 1 Brazil nuts

The absolute treasure in this meal setup - the papaya-arugula-blackberry mixture in the afternoon. I tried it for the first time that day and it certainly won’t be the last!
