With deadly pandemic in place, everyone has started to look upon the internet to study more about increasing Immunity system. There were many supplement and tablets available in markets that promises to do good for health.

However, in process of depending heavenly upon medicine people forget about natural ways of the increasing immunity. The essential benefit of drinking hot water has almost forgone. I mean the Luke warm water which could be a boon for increasing Metabolism and Immunity system.

Human body, is made upo 75 percent of fluids. For better functioning our body we needs to maintain the perfect balance of electrolytes. Drinking luke warm water early morning in empty stomach helps in detoxify toxins present in the body. Also, if you are prone to seasonal flu, cold and cough, sipping lukewarm water throughout the day can help in avoiding such cases and further helps in relieving the congestion in the chest. Congestion happens due to the deposition of mucus, which inflames the air passage of your lungs. The natural way dilute the mucus and flush them out of the body is by drinking lukewarm water.

There are many ways, you can make like warm water a medicinal drink, here are few tips that are abundantly followed in Ayurveda and
also in many indian homes.

Honey Lemon Water.

Take 1 litre of lukewarm water, Add 1 lemon and 2 teaspoon honey.

Stir it properly to dilute it properly. Sip it in regular intervals.

Honey and Lemon are loaded with Vitamin C, D, E, K and B complex and beta-carotene. This help in boosting immunity as well as treating seasonal cold, cough and flu.

Lemon,Basil & Ginger - Water

Take 1 litre water, ½ a teaspoon lime juice, 3-4 Basil leaves, and Ginger

The blend will help in flushing out toxins from the body and improve the metabolic rate along with improving digestion. A good digestive system is always good to maintain a good health.

Cummin, Coriander & Fenugreek - Water

1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon coriander seeds, 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds into 1 litre of water.

The blend is very useful in weight loss. Just boil the mixture and filter it. Sip it regularly during the day to get advantage of weight loss and along with flushing out the toxins.

Water does have many benefits. I have been drinking simple warm water for more than a year and feeling like losing weight. I have reduced my weight from 108 KG to 85Kg mostly of following a strict water intake. There are also some common ways of drinking water wisely followed in Indian culture.

  • Never intake water standing up. Always seat and drink water or any liquid.

  • Never drink ater in gulp. Enjoy it with sip by sip as you do with tea. It really helps a lot.

  • Make your entire mouth wet with water while drinking.

Follow these and you never complain about bad health. I remember , when I used to drink chilled water earlier, I always get a bas throat, but now it's not like that. Even a like warm water is enough to kill the thirst.

I'm a BIG FAN of water-based cleansing drinks. The Ginger-Basil-Water is my fav, along with just simple lime juice and a pinch of great salt in water - not a great fan of endless extra sugars.

Yes, it makes SUCH a difference to immunity when the sludge is removed from the system and everything works optimally again.

There is one in practice in India....having lukewarm water with a piece of jaggery...early in morning. Helps to remove constipation and improve digestive system....do try out other combination may be it may be better to your health
