This evening I went to my farm, where I saw this plant in my field. I loved seeing this plant, so I took some photos of this plant.

The name of this plant.

The name of this plant is Peppermint people here like to cultivate this plant very much.The peppermint plant is used to treat many diseases.

How to identify this plant.

Peppermint plant is not very big in size.Its leaves are dark green in colour.The taste of these leaves is a bit bitter, but it gives a lot of coolness after eating. The smell coming from them is also cool.

Uses

Peppermint oil is used in the treatment of headache, muscle pain, joint pain and itching.In aromatherapy, peppermint oil is also promoted for treating cough and cold, reducing pain, improving mental function, and reducing stress.
In some places, peppermint oil is used at the site of snake and scorpion bites, which provides relief in pain.
Its oil is also used to treat inflammation of the mouth and throat, sinus infections, and other respiratory infections.
Peppermint is also used for heartburn, nausea, vomiting, morning sickness, irritable bowel syndrome and digestive problems including spasms of the bile ducts, diarrhea, bacterial overgrowth of the small intestine, and gas.
