Back to Bread Baking / パン作り再開

After I came back from Austria, I started baking again. Bageles were one of the first breads I baked as they are so easy going.

Kneading the dough can be done with hands and the dough rises quickly, 30-60 minutes up to the temperature. Shaping is fun as always.

Then cooking them in hot water (but not boiling water!). I like to see them floating in the water. They look so relaxed :)

Baked in the oven for 20-25 minutes, then they were done!

I totally forgot that I started a series of posts "My house bread recipe" ... I must continue posting it.

オーストリアから戻ってパン作りを再開しました。オーストリアでは日々気になったパンを買っては食べて楽しかったなあ・・・でも自分で作るのも楽しいですね。

帰ってきて早々に焼いたパンの一つはベーグルでした。なんといってもお手軽に作れて失敗が少ないので。あと家族が好きなのもあり（すぐ食べられてしまうのでストックには向かない）。

レシピは以前投稿したものと変わらず同じ作り方で作っています。

新しい家のオーブンは小さめで6個が限界なので、多分明日また何か焼かないと。何を焼こうかな。
