Today, I am back to share with you a very tasty recipe and maybe a little too high in calories. A recipe that lifts your spirits and feels good: a pan-fried potato with chorizo.
To celebrate the weekend, with @genesisledger, we love to treat ourselves on Friday evening. And that means very comforting and tasty meals. We treated ourselves to this pan-fried potato in which we put chorizo ââand melted raclette cheese.
I grant you, it is not very reasonable, but damn, it is so good! đ
I decided to share the recipe with you so that you too can treat yourself from time to time!
Ingredients for 2 people:

- 1 onion;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 80g chorizo ââ(or more if you are greedy);
- 6 slices of raclette cheese;

I started by cutting the onion. For my part, I first cut the onion in 2, then in 2 again and then I turn the pieces to cut strips on the side. Here, I cut thick strips.

Then I took care of the clove of garlic. I started by peeling it and cutting it in half. Then, I crushed it with my knife. And since I don't have a chopper, I cut very very small pieces.

Then I took care of the potatoes. I simply cut them into small cubes without removing the skin because it doesn't bother us.

And all I had to do was cut the chorizo ââinto cubes. At first, I cut 60g of chorizo. And then finally, I put a little more for more deliciousness (and fat).

All the ingredients were cut, I was able to move on to cooking!
Cooking
I started by browning the onion and garlic in a pan with olive oil. I let it brown for 5 minutes.

Then, I loved the potato cubes and I let them cook on low heat for 25 minutes while stirring from time to time.

And towards the end of cooking, I added the chorizo. I let them cook for about 5 minutes on low heat.

Once the cooking was finished, I served and added 3 slices of raclette cheese to each plate. I then put everything in the microwave for a few seconds to melt the cheese.

Aujourdâhui, je reviens pour vous partager une recette trĂšs gourmande et peut-ĂȘtre un tout petit peu trop calorique. Une recette qui remonte le moral et qui fait du bien : une poĂȘlĂ©e de pommes de terre au chorizo.
Pour fĂȘter le week-end, avec @genesisledger, on adore se faire plaisir le vendredi soir. Et cela passe par des repas trĂšs rĂ©confortants et gourmands. Nous nous sommes fait plaisir avec cette poĂȘlĂ©e de pommes de terre dans laquelle nous avons mis du chorizo et du fromage Ă raclette fondue.
Je vous lâaccorde, ce nâest pas trĂšs raisonnable, mais bordel, quâest-ce que câest bon ! đ

Jâai commencĂ© par dĂ©couper lâoignon. Pour ma part, je coupe dâabord lâoignon en 2, puis encore en 2 et ensuite, je tourne les morceaux pour couper des lamelles sur le cĂŽtĂ©. Ici, jâai dĂ©coupĂ© des lamelles Ă©paisses.

Puis je me suis occupĂ© de la gousse dâail. Jâai commencĂ© par lâĂ©plucher et par la couper en deux. Ensuite, je lâai Ă©crasĂ© avec mon couteau. Et comme je nâai pas de hachoir, jâai coupĂ© des trĂšs trĂšs petits morceaux.

Je fais comme toi, je commence par tout découper, avant de lancer les cuissons.
Notre plaisir gourmand, je pense que ce sont les chicons au gratin, que je fais le weekend, en gĂ©nĂ©ral. (chicons = endives) je cuis les chicons, je les enroule dans une tranche de jambon cuit, je les dĂ©pose sur une petite couche de bĂ©chamel dans un plat Ă gratin, je recouvre le tout de bĂ©chamel et de fromage rĂąpĂ©, je mets le tout au four et j'accompagne de pdt ou de purĂ©e de pdt.đ

Tu me donnes envie de manger des endives et pourtant, je n'aime pas ça đ€Ł Enfin, cela fait trĂšs longtemps que je n'en ai pas mangĂ©, peut-ĂȘtre qu'il faudrait que je teste ta recette pour redĂ©couvrir les endives ! Serait-il possible de savoir combien de temps tu les fait cuire au four ? đ
En général, c'est l'amertume des chicons qui dérange. Pour remédier à cela, j'ajoute un peu de sucre de canne que je saupoudre sur les chicons, juste avant de les enrouler dans le jambon.
Je compte 2 chicons par personne, 25 minutes au four préchauffé, à 200°C (thermostat 6-7).
Ah oui je pense que c'est ce que je n'apprĂ©cie pas, en effet. Super, merci beaucoup ! đ
