Today is Friday and with @genesisledger, we have a little tradition: the Friday night aperitif! Every Friday night, we make a little aperitif to celebrate the end of the work week and the beginning of the weekend.
Do you also have a little ritual like this? đ
And last week, we tested two very nice little recipes, which I decided to share with you, in case tonight, you would like to try it yourself! (well, tonight or another day of course đ€Ł)
Chickpeas appetizer
For chickpeas appetizer for 2 or 3 people, you will need:

- A 265 gram can of chickpeas (for my part, I used a can already started to finish the leftovers of the week),
- 2 teaspoons of paprika,
- 2 teaspoons of Spanish mix (or other spices of your choice),
- 1 to 2 tablespoons of olive oil,
- Salt and pepper.
I started by draining the chickpeas:

Then, I put them on a plate and wiped them with paper towels. Then, I added the olive oil:

And I mixed before placing them in the air fryer for 20 minutes of cooking at 180°C.

The result is quite good! I quite liked it. I would have just liked it to be a little crispier.

Appetizer corn
To make appetizer corn (for 2 people), you need:

- A small can of corn of about 250g (mine was already started).
- 2 teaspoons of paprika and Spanish mix (but you can put the spices of your choice),
- 1 to 2 tablespoons of olive oil (depending on the quantity of corn used),
- Salt and pepper.
I first drained the corn.

Then, I placed it on a plate and added the olive oil:

After that, all that was left was to put everything in the oven for 17 minutes at 200°C. I used the air fryer, but it probably works in a conventional oven too.

The result is correct, but I expected it to be crispier. I think next time, I will add cornstarch. And I will lower the temperature to 180°C.

Aujourdâhui, câest vendredi et avec @genesisledger, nous avons une petite tradition : lâapĂ©ro du vendredi soir ! Chaque vendredi soir, on se concocte un petit apĂ©ro pour fĂȘter la fin de la semaine de travail et le dĂ©but du week-end.

Et la semaine derniĂšre, nous avons testĂ© deux petites recettes trĂšs sympas, que jâai dĂ©cidĂ© de partager avec vous, si jamais ce soir, vous voudriez tester Ă votre tour ! (enfin, ce soir ou un autre jour bien sĂ»r đ€Ł)
Les pois chiches apéritif
Pour les pois chiches apéritif pour 2 ou 3 personnes, vous aurez besoin de :

- Une boĂźte de conserve de pois chiche de 265 grammes (pour ma part, jâai utilisĂ© une boĂźte dĂ©jĂ entamĂ©e pour finir les restes de la semaine),
- 2 cuillÚres à café de paprika,
- 2 cuillĂšres Ă cafĂ© de mĂ©lange espagnol (ou dâautres Ă©pices de votre choix),
- 1 Ă 2 cuillĂšres Ă soupe dâhuile dâolive,
- Du sel et du poivre.
Jâai commencĂ© par Ă©goutter les pois chiches :

Le maïs apéritif
Pour faire du maïs apéritif (pour 2 personnes), il faut :

- Une petite boĂźte de maĂŻs dâenviron 250g (la mienne Ă©tait dĂ©jĂ entamĂ©e).
- 2 cuillÚres à café de paprika et de mélange espagnol (mais vous pouvez mettre les épices de votre choix),
- 1 Ă 2 cuillĂšres Ă soupe dâhuile dâolive (en fonction de la quantitĂ© de maĂŻs utilisĂ©),
- Du sel et du poivre.
Jâai dâabord Ă©gouttĂ© le maĂŻs.

AprĂšs cela, il ne restait plus quâĂ enfourner le tout pendant 17 minutes Ă 200°C. Jâai utilisĂ© le air fryer, mais cela fonctionne sĂ»rement aussi dans un four classique.

Le rĂ©sultat est correct, mais je mâattendais Ă ce que ce soit plus croustillant. Je pense que la prochaine fois, jâajouterai de la fĂ©cule de maĂŻs. Et que je baisserai la tempĂ©rature Ă 180°C.
