Fake Noodles, Yellow But Very Spicy!

If you think that crazy spicy food comes from red food, wait until you taste the creamy yellow noodles and you'll know that first appearances can often fool you.

Noodles offer us a dish with a broth that is fresh and warm, or super spicy to get your adrenaline going. Those are two things I always want in the noodle dish that I make.

For the type of noodle that I usually enjoy for my spare time to relax, it is instant noodles. Often spicy, sometimes a variant with light curry without the spicy taste.

Tonight, I can't stop myself from thinking about the creamy noodles with lots of cheese, topped with a touch of topping in the form of a half-boiled egg that melts the yolk on the surface of the noodles!




It happened because I just got a cheap shopping package for the Eid hampers edition. Inside there is a lot of cheese, there is also a hijab, and also a package of Ajwa dates.

Seeing the cheeses, my mind doesn't stop traveling. I have a stock of Samyang noodles (which are insanely spicy). It must have tasted perfect when paired with the cheese that just arrived at my house! What do you think?




At first, I didn't want to document the making of creamy spicy noodles tonight. But then I thought, that tonight's noodles are very tempting. So I have to share photos of the noodles I cooked tonight!

I hope you guys enjoyed reading my blog with the food photos I took at night (which weren't that great). I hope you can be satisfied with your eyes, even though you can't taste the menu of noodles and cheese that I made this time.

Be careful. Take your time to know yourself about the level of spiciness that you can take it. Trust me, the insane spicy can kill you. I'm not in a joke :) The creamy and light one, without a spicy taste, is better for you too. That's okay.




Yellow but Spicy Like Red Chilli

Looks like yellow, creamy cheese noodles. But behind the charming appearance, there is a spicy taste that might make you lose.

The spicy taste comes from the samyang-type noodles that I use. The product claims to be made in Korea. The instant noodle-type product already provides complete spices, of course. So we just need to cook the noodles with boiling water and then add the seasoning.

Apart from the seasoning inside the instant product packaging itself, the crazy spicy taste in this dish comes from the chili powder that I added while cooking, as well as the finishing touch on the surface of the noodles when serving. Super spicy! Whoaaaa!

Spicy Noodles With Cheese Recipe

For creamy and cheesy sensations, I use half of a packet of cheese. Also, I added one egg.

Because I use instant noodles, so I don't need to add seasoning from fresh spices and herbs. I just added chili powder.

For the use of water, you should use the recommended dose on the noodle package. But here, the gravy has become soaked in the noodles which creates an even creamier texture.

For the cheese that will be mixed in the instant noodles, I don't grate the cheese, but I just cut the cheese into small pieces. I use a type of cheese that melts quickly when mixed with other ingredients.

For the topping, we can sprinkle celery leaves, then grated cheese! Oh wait, and don't forget to sprinkle some chili powder, it's a must for me!




Cooking Instructions

  • STEP 1

Bring the water to a boil, then add noodles and other accompaniments such as vegetables and seasoning.

Add the cheese slices when the noodles are almost cooked but don't make the texture too soft and crumble. Here I use about 3 minutes to cook the noodles, then add the cheese according to taste. Also adding an egg.




  • STEP 3

Cooking again until creamy. Before I stir the noodles to get them to combine with the pieces of cheese, I have to make sure that the egg is cooked to your desired stage.


Here I chose to use an egg that is still half-cooked. So half the level of doneness of the egg is to our liking, then lift the egg, then stir the noodles so that it is evenly mixed with the seasoning, and of course well mixed with the cheese.

These fake noodles are really deceiving! The color that also looks creamy and has cheesy vibes turns out to have a seductive side! Behind it all there is a spicy vibe that is usually served in red.

But the most important thing is no longer about appearance. The end result of cooking that we enjoy with serenity, and gratitude, will give you a layer of magic full of pleasure.

At first, the gravy was quite a lot because the type of noodle I used was a type of noodle that was served well with gravy, not looking dry like without gravy. But that a lot of gravy was gradually prescribed to the noodles.

This is tasty. You make a noodle into something exquisite. I like to put in a slice of cheese on top. And only use half a packet of seasoning. Just bit spicy !

Samyang brand has been my favorite noodles for a long time my dear, I like how the noodles is made, it is so soft and yummy.

eating something until it's covered in sweat is what becomes a sensation for spicy food lovers, I also used to be a lover of extra spicy food, once I ate meatballs with a bowl of sambal with more than 20 spoons, but since my stomach has been troubled I tried hard to avoid the pleasure of spicy food, at first it was heavy and It's hard but over time I get used to it and now I'm used to eating without any spicy taste

The way you presented this food will make someone want to have some. For some weird reasons, I don't like cheese. Is there a substitute for it? I will love to try this recipe but without the cheese

Samyang Ramen is way too hot and spicy. 😅 But I think you have a very great idea to balance the spicy with the creamy cheese, such a great combination! 😀

When a noodle pack says Samyang, it is surely very spicy! but the plating is still pretty!
