Have you ever tried Rice Noodles a.k.a Kwetiau?, maybe at an Asian restaurant? Well, this is one of my favorite noodle variants.
Rice Noodles have a chewy texture, can be served with thick sauce, or without sauce using the stir-frying method. Stir-fried Rice Noodles is more popular here.
Rice Noodles are easy to find at various dining places to street food places. In fact, we can even cook at home ourselves. In the market, Rice Noodles are also sold in uncooked variants, so we can then cook them according to our tastes.
Rice Noodles this time is a takeaway from a cafe that I bought through an online ordering application when I was busy with deadlines and of course by a wonderful coincidence there was a promotion for this food.
I ordered Rice Noodles with Water Spinach with Spicy Flavor.
The food I received from the cafe didn't have "Chinese Cabbage". I'm adding a Chinese Cabbage to add detail to my food photography this time.
For the addition of photo session decorations, I use local spices in Indonesia. I added the pecan and also the acid fruit-type which was cut into pieces.

I first discovered rice noodles at the only Thai restaurant we had in the Indian ocean back in 2001...at the Hilton Mauritius. And since then it's among my all time favorites!
