Traveling is not a way of following trends, the term is FOMO, something authentic, which makes it your identity, passion and everything you want in your life. I understand why there are people who can travel very well even though they have very little money, but on the other hand there are people who like luxury cars or houses but don't like the true pleasure of traveling.

It all starts with passion, so know what you like and become a life goal. Everyone doesn't have the same hobbies and interests, so don't waste your time thinking about something you don't like. So, what do you like in life?

If it becomes a question, I will firmly answer, 'I like eating and traveling to find out things that are not around me'. I really like food and am curious about the culture of other regions far from where I live. Actually, I like traveling, looking for experiences, in fact I tend not to like monotonous things. Until finally I was in a 'Hidden Gems' for the people of Vietnam.

They call it, The Hidden Gems, The Unique Culture. With a name like that, who wouldn't be curious? One time we went to Ho Chi Minh City and were curious about this café. Providing a new experience for me. Initially I was interested because of something new, namely egg coffee, which is a culture inherent in Vietnam. Of course, no one doesn't know Vietnam as a paradise for their special coffee.

Egg coffee has become a phenomenon because everyone wants to know what the culture of drinking coffee is like in Vietnam. I should decide to choose the best egg coffee in Vietnam, until finally I found Little Hanoi in Ho Chi Minh City which is also not far from the city center where many tourists stay.

A really simple restaurant and once again I say that this is not a coffee shop, but a simple restaurant that is very small and located in an alley. Even if you use a car, you have to walk to enter the restaurant. So, it's best to just use a motorbike or bicycle.

Here I ordered menus such as egg coffee (of course), sandwiches and a plate of salad with eggs. I only ordered this because the menu here made me quite confused because there are several menus using pork and bacon.

At first I didn't want to eat here because it was quite busy, I just wanted to try the egg coffee but my stomach said otherwise, it turned out we forgot to eat dinner and had to eat dinner as soon as possible.

The menu I chose was quite varied, high in protein and fiber, maybe a few carbs but that didn't matter because I wanted to eat something else after eating all this. Indeed, the initial goal was egg coffee.

My meal was 2 sunny side up eggs with a little salad which didn't meet my expectations. I want quite a lot of salad because I eat a little fiber from breakfast, so it's hard for me to poop and I need a lot of fiber for my digestion well. My husband of course wanted a sandwich because he said he couldn't fill his stomach with just 2 eggs and that measly salad.

I couldn't help but laugh and yes he said it right, but I really like this menu. there was a sprinkling of black pepper which looked like sand, but it was clearly black pepper when it reached my tongue. Generally, black pepper has no taste but has characteristics that we are very familiar with.

As for the egg coffee, I'm pretty sure it's very authentic, with a little burnt from the sugar fired with fire, it makes it quite flavorful. It tastes bitter, sweet but doesn't smell fishy. I think you should try the egg coffee here.
