Meat Ball Chicken With Fiber Recipe

If you are someone who really wants to start a healthy life, I tell you one thing, healthy living requires balanced eating and exercise. However, in reality, people will only focus on bland food (without taste) and prioritize 'pure' or 'raw' from the type of food itself. Do you know what the consequences are? Your diet will turn out to be very scary and you may not want to do it. Can it last long? Of course not. Everything will return to its origin, you eat carelessly.

Healthy living is actually very easy, for people who want to be consistent. However, in today's era, everyone wants instant. Wanting easy doesn't mean you have to do various ways to get there quickly, it's not like that. Life is full of processes that must be gone through. For example, I'll give you one example. In a year your weight can increase for quite a long time, I don't think anyone will gain weight and fat percentage in 1 year by 10 kg. Even becoming obese takes a process. Not overnight.

So, to live a healthy lifestyle, you must understand the gradual process, not everything can be changed overnight. Even if you want to have liposuction, there is a process and the time it takes is very long.

Well, one suggestion I have is that you learn to cook. Seriously. Learning to cook is the right hack to start a healthy life. There are so many healthy food recipe that high in protein, low in fat and of course low in carbohydrates for those on a carbohydrate diet.

One of my favorite recipes is chicken meatballs, which I cook almost every week. This is the right way for me to enjoy protein very deliciously without worrying about my diet program being messed up. So, making a meal plan is also important.

I'll tell you the recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 500 gr chicken breast
  • Miso soup paste (1 tsp)
  • Mushrooms (I use 2 types)
  • Seaweed and also carrots (add fiber)

A really simple way to cook, but it does require the right equipment, for example a chopper to crush the chicken breast. This chicken breast fillet is full of protein, I like it the most, but the taste is indeed more delicious than chicken thighs. Remember, I need something delicious to eat. It could be mixed with chicken thighs.

I boiled water that had been given seaweed. Use low heat so that the time to make meatballs is not rushed.

After the chicken is ground, then you need mushrooms and carrots that are cut into small pieces so that they are easy to mix and shape. Don't forget to add salt and pepper so that there is taste in the meatballs.

Mixed and then formed into balls using two hands, and after the water boils, mixed with miso soup paste perfectly, add salt too to find out the right taste.

Then the meatball mixture is boiled and waited until cooked, enough with 20 minutes to ensure the carrots have a soft texture. Serve warm with a bowl of rice as additional carbohydrates.
