Hello everyone I'm not a super lover of very elaborate desserts Those I prepare them only for special occasions for every day instead I prefer to prepare donut and plumcake tarts Yesterday afternoon I prepared this ricotta pear donut and I also added some chocolate chips.

the procedure is very simple you have to mix 4 eggs with 120 g of sugar, in a planetary mixer, possibly using the electric mixer, then add 250 g of ricotta, 50 ml of sunflower oil, a pinch of salt and slowly add 250 g of flour, 1 sachet of vanillin, 1 sachet of baking powder and chocolate chips to taste.

then you have to Grease and flour a donut mold pour the mixture into it add a pear into pieces and a part of the pear use it to put it on top of the mixture arranged in a radius then Bake at 180 ° for 45 minutes of course to see if the cake is cooked do the toothpick test, at the end serve with icing sugar.
