Como me encantan los postres he tenido que aprender un poco para de vez en cuando hacerme uno. Y muchas veces siendo la ayudante de mi madre, poco a poco algo he aprendido , y no les voy a mentir viendo siempre las recetas en todas las redes cuando pasan recetas de postres que se ven divinos..ah claro otra cosa que me queden así.
Since I love desserts, I had to learn a bit to make one from time to time. And many times being my mother's assistant, little by little I have learned something, and I am not going to lie to you by always seeing the recipes on all the networks when they pass recipes for desserts that look divine...ah of course another thing that they stay like this for my.
Pero este a pesar de no utilizar muchos ingredientes y muy fácil de preparar tiene su técnica, porque al final siempre hay el temor de cómo quedara. Pero como no es para vender, me anime y puse manos a la obra.
But this, despite not using many ingredients and very easy to prepare, has its technique, because in the end there is always the fear of how it will turn out. But since it is not to sell, I was encouraged and got down to work.
Les cuento como lo hice y los ingredientes, así como su preparación:

Ingredientes:
- Una lata de leche condensada.
- Una lata de leche líquida.
- 6 huevos.
- Vainilla y ron al gusto.
- Una cucharada de maicena ( esta para darle un poco mas de consistencia, y así no arriesgarme de que se desmoronara).
Cuatro cuchadas de azúcar para hacer el caramelo.
Ingredients:
- A can of condensed milk.
- A can of liquid milk.
- 6 eggs.
- Vanilla and rum to taste.
- A tablespoon of cornstarch (this is to give it a little more consistency, and thus not risk it falling apart).
Four tablespoons of sugar to make the caramel.

- Lo primero que hice fue hacer el caramelo: en una quesillera coloque cuatro cucharas de azúcar y lo lleve a fuego medio bajo y deje que se fuera derritiendo el azúcar, pero pendiente que no se fuera a quemar..lo deje hasta tener un color miel oscuro.
- The first thing I did was make the caramel: place four spoons of sugar in a quesillera and place it over medium-low heat and let the sugar melt, but make sure it doesn't burn... leave it until it turns brown dark honey.
- Luego lo esparcí por toda la olla y deje enfriar.
- Then I spread it all over the pot and let cool.
- Después en un recipiente agregue los otros ingrediente y batí por varios minutos.
- Then in a bowl add the other ingredients and beat for several minutes.
- Ya listo tome la quesillera y vertí la mezcla pasándola por un colador.
- Once ready, take the quesillera and pour the mixture through a strainer.
- La lleve a baño maria al horno por 50 minutos. ( recuerden que el tiempo de cocción varía de acuerdo al horno que tengas ).
- Take it to a bain-marie in the oven for 50 minutes. (remember that the cooking time varies according to the oven you have).
- Una vez pasado el tiempo lo saque y deje enfriar, para luego sacarlo…y con un miedo y emoción por ver cómo salía.
- Once the time has passed, take it out and let it cool down, and then take it out…and with fear and excitement to see how it came out.
- Pero encantada porque al voltear el plato y ver que salió enterito, pegue un grito de emoción..y pensar que el pobre duro tan poquito, porque lo devoramos en pocos minutos.
