I need this woman to make this food for me

It's said that chilaquiles are a great hangover cure. I can see why that would be true. I think these, in particular, would be a great cure because they'd make you feel so gosh darn good that you'd forget all about your brain feeling like it's twice the size of your skull.

My method of making this dish is so crude compared to what's done in this video. I just take a jar of salsa or sometimes even enchilada sauce and add that. I'm not fancy!
