Hello to all beautiful hivers. I hope everyone is happy and doing great. And before I forget, happy Sunday to all. Since Sunday is a fun and family day.
Being a mother, I felt that my daughter was sad because her father was not here. My husband had just left to work somewhere else. And it will take longer to return because it is necessary to work for good. And today, just the two of us, I made a way to make her busy and at least reduce the feeling of missing her father. So I asked her to help me in the kitchen and we will make her favorite siomai. And she immediately agreed and I was happy because I made her smile. And I want to share with you the siomai we made earlier. The first thing we did was prepare the ingredients we needed.
INGREDIENTS
Ground pork
Carrots
Garlic
Onions
Spring onions
Salt
Magic sarap
Egg
Molo wanton wrapper
Soy sauce
PREPARATION
I asked my daughter to peel the carrots and slice.
And I peeled and sliced the spring onions, garlic, and onions.
And after we cut it, we put it in the grinder to grind except for the spring onions.
After we ground it, I instructed my daughter to get a clean mixing bowl and put the ground pork in it and add the ground ingredients.
Follow the spring onions.
And I also beat the egg and put it in immediately.
And I seasoned it with salt, magic sarap, and soy sauce. And I mixed it well.
And I asked my daughter to prepare the molo wanton wrapper so we can start wrapping.
Take a piece of molo wanton wrapper and take a spoonful of the mixture at the center and slowly shape it into siomai.
And just repeat until the mixture is finished and used up.
After we did everything, we immediately steam it for 20 minutes.
This is the cooked siomai we made. And we bond happily in the kitchen today. And also I'm happy to see my daughter enjoying and willing to learn.
Hey guys, how was your day with your family?
That's all for today guys and I hope you like what I shared. Thank you for taking the time to read my post.
Till next time. Take good care, everyone.

This dish called siomai looks good and you have explained all the steps so well. It looks more like a dim sum dish at my place and I am sure the taste was good. Thanks for sharing the post.
