Today i want to share my recipe called "Special Spicy Shrimp and Tofu With Simple Recipe" for my family today, which the recipe is very easy and simple to get and the results will be delicious and yummy guys 😊

Special Spicy Shrimp and Tofu are my favorite food menus and almost every day I make them to be served as a menu for my family, besides that these foods are very healthy to eat because they have nutritional and protein values that are beneficial for our bodies.

The first step we have to prepare the ingredients to make this vegan food called Special Spicy Shrimp and Tofu with simple ingredients and simple way, below are the ingredients and tools that must be prepared :

Ingredients :

Shrimp
Tofu
Chili
Tomato
Onion
Flavoring
Cooking Oil
Salt
Water

Tools :

Knife
Pan
Spatula
Basin
Plate/Bowl
Stove

After the ingredients and tools above have been prepared, then we will go to how to make this delicious food :

Clean the shrimp with clean water and remove the head of the shrimp after that drain into a clean basin.

Clean the tofu with clean water and drain it into a basin, then add flavoring to the tofu and a little salt.

The next step is to clean the chilies, shallots and tomatoes with clean water, then peel the angry onions, put all the spices to grind and add salt to taste.

After everything is mashed into one, the shape of the chili, tomato and onion spices will be as above.

Turn on the stove and put the pan on it and heat the cooking oil, then add the cleaned prawns and fry them until they turn brown.

After browning, drain the shrimp into a bowl first.

Next, fry the tofu that has been seasoned until it turns brown too.

After that lift the tofu and drain it into a bowl too then we prepare the spices that have been mashed earlier.

Next, put the mashed spicy spices into the pan and fry for a few minutes until fragrant.

The next step is to put the fried tofu and prawns into the spicy seasoning.

Stir fried Shrimp and Tofu with spicy seasoning until everything is evenly distributed and wait a few minutes until cooked.
