I supposed that the dish has a Spanish influence:) and that is why Valenciana called my attention. I would like to know how similar it is to some rice Spanish dishes. In Valencia Spain, they have a typical rice dish called Paella Valenciana.
Venezuela was also a Spanish Colony like many Latin American countries.
