I haven't tried Diner's Bulalo. If you happen to visit Tagaytay again, try the Bulalo Capital's bulalo and tawilis combo! It's cheaper compared to Leslie's and Diner's plus they offer a good view of the Taal volcano. Beside it is a coffee shop with matcha, for sure you'll love it there.
