Hey lovers of good food, one of the things I love to eat raw is fresh fish and among these dishes of course is the ceviche this time I bring you this delicious ceviche from Sagar Exotic Restaurant.
The ceviche is prepared with hake filet, there are other fish to prepare them too but each country adapts to what is available.
Its preparation is really very simple, the hake filet is cut in squares and mixed with lime juice, sweet chili pepper lemon juice, sweet chili, chili nomoto, red onion and salt, this Ceviche is served in banana cakes, this makes the difference.

This plantain is ripe so its flavor is somewhat sweet and when you taste it, this Ceviche served in a plantain tart or basket, it elevates its flavor even more and makes it even more special.
The crunchiness of the banana basket and slightly sweet taste together with the fresh fish of the ceviche is really what gives this Ceviche in sagas something really divine.
It is certainly something I will enjoy again.

Hey amantes de la buena comida, una de las cosas que me encanta comer cruda es el pescado fresco y entre estos platos por supuesto está el ceviche está vez le traigo este delicioso ceviche de Sagar Exotic Restaurante.
El ceviche es preparado con filet de merluza, hay otros pescados para prepararlos también pero cada país se adapta a lo disponible.
Su preparación es realmente muy sencilla se corta el filet de merluza en cuadros se mezcla con jugo de limón, ají dulce, ají nomoto , cebolla morada y sal , este Ceviche es servido en tartas de plátano esto hace la diferencia.

Este plátano es maduro por lo que su sabor es algo dulce y al probarlo este Ceviche servido en tarta o canasta de plátano eleva aun más su sabor y lo hace aún mas especial.
Lo crujiente de la canasta de plátano y sabor un poco dulce junto al pescado fresco del ceviche es realmente lo que da está diferencia de Ceviche en sagas algo realmente divino.
Sin duda es algo que disfrutaré nuevamente.

El ceviche es de las cosas más sabrosas que existe en el mundo. De esos preparaciones a las que no se les puede conseguir defectos, me encanta. Al principio me extraño la canasta de plátano, pero luego recordé que alguna vez lo he comido con chis de plátano, así que viene a ser lo mismo, solo que de forma más creativa, en fin que lo que quería decir es que se ve delicioso y que seguramente lo disfrutaste muchísimo.
