I've never had this before but it looks yummy! Food motorbike in Vietnam sounds interesting, I can't believe they sell food on motorbikes there! It's such a great idea, considering the traffic and all. Fried rice paper cake seems really easy to make, too~ I'll definitely try making it one day. Thanks for the recipe.
