Croquetas de carne molida
Ground beef croquettes
- ½ Kilo de carne molida.
- Salsa de Mostaza al gusto.
- Salsa de tomate al gusto.
- Sal al gusto.
- Salsa inglesa.
- 1 huevo.
- 100gr de harina de trigo.
- ½ Kilo of ground beef.
- Mustard sauce to taste.
- Tomato sauce to taste.
- Salt to taste.
- Worcestershire sauce.
- 1 egg.
- 100gr of wheat flour.
Preparación || Preparation
Paso 1
Step 1
In a common bowl we place the meat and season with all the ingredients mentioned above. In particular, the iberian roasted iberian sauce gives a phenomenal touch to its flavor.
Paso 2
Una vez que nuestra carne este condimentada procedemos agregar un huevo mezclamos muy bien hasta que todos los ingredientes estén bien integrados; seguido a esto llevamos al refrigerador por unos 15 minutos hasta que nuestra carne agarre una consistencia mas o menos dura pero fácil de manejar.
Step 2
Once our meat is seasoned we proceed to add an egg and mix very well until all the ingredients are well integrated; then we take it to the refrigerator for about 15 minutes until our meat reaches a consistency more or less hard but easy to handle.
Paso 3
Retiramos nuestra carne del refrigerador; en una tasa agregamos los 100 gr de harina de trigo seguido a esto procedemos hacer bolitas de carne las aplananos un poco con la palma de la mano y luego pasamos por la harina de trigo.
Step 3
We remove our meat from the refrigerator; in a bowl we add the 100 gr of wheat flour followed by making meat balls, flatten them a little with the palm of the hand and then we pass them through the wheat flour.
Paso 4
En un sarten común agregamos aceite, llevamos a la estufa y ponemos a calentar a fuego medio; Una vez nuestro aceite este bien caliente colocamos nuestra crocreta y sofreímos por ambos lados y una vez que estén doraditas retiramos del fuego y lista nuestras croquetas.
Step 4
In a common frying pan add oil, take it to the stove and heat it over medium heat; Once the oil is hot, place our croquettes and fry them on both sides and once they are golden brown, remove them from the heat and our croquettes are ready.
