Today I'm back with a mushroom recipe that I can recommend you to try out as it's worth it. These mushrooms are available all year round at a convenient price (in my country), so it's not a seasonal recipe.
Ingredients:
- 9 mushrooms
- 250 g minced pork,
- 1 medium size onion,
- 1 garlic clove,
- 3 tbs olive oil,
- 1 tsp paprika powder,
- 1 tsp marjoram,
- 3 tbs tomato puree,
- salt,
- pepper,
- 4 - 5 tsp sour cream,
- grated cheese.
Method
Heat the oil in a pen, add chopped onions, stir till it becomes almost transparent, add chopped garlic, minced port, salt, pepper, marjoram and stir till the meat becomes white.
Add paprika powder, tomato puree, mix well, then turn off the heat. Time is important here as the paprika powder can burn easily and the whole dish becomes bitter.
Clean the mushrooms, take out the stems, place them on a cooking sheet and fill each mushroom with the mix previously prepared.
Cook for about 20 minutes at a medium heat. Mushrooms have a lot of water, so after cooking you'll see a lot of water on the baking sheet, but that's ok, don't worry about it.
After the 20 minutes pass, take the baking sheet out, add 1 tsp sour cream on top of each mushroom and then cover with grated cheese. Then cook till the cheese melts. The sour cream is optional, you can leave it out.
Serve till it's still hot. This can be your lunch or dinner, it's perfect for both, even for breakfast, if you prefer something not so light.

Ma egy gombás receptet hoztam nektek, amit nagyon tudok ajánlani, mert megéri. Ezt a fajta gombát egész évben meg lehet vásárolni, tehát nem egy szezonális recept.
Ingredients:
- 9 gomba,
- 250 g darált sertéshús,
- 1 közepes fej hagyma,
- 1 cikk fokhagyma,
- 3 evőkanál olíva olaj,
- 1 kávéskanál őrölt pirospaprika,
- 1 kávéskanál majoránna,
- 3 evőkanál paradicsom pűré,
- só,
- bors,
- 4 - 5 evőkanál tejfől,
- reszelt sajt a tetejére.
Elkészítés
Melegítsük fel az olajat egy serpenyőben, adjuk hozzá az apróra vágott hagymát, pároljuk üvegesre, majd adjuk hőzzá a fokhagymát, a darált sertéshúst, sót, borst, majorannát, majd kavargatás mellet pároljuk, amíg fehér nem lesz.
Adjuk hozzá a paprikát, a paradicsomot, majd kavarjuk össze és vegyük le a tűzről. Az idő nagyon lényeges itt, mert a paprika hamar megég és keserű lesz tőle az étel.
Tisztítsuk meg a gombát, vegyük ki a törzsét, helyezzük alufoliára, majd töltsük meg a gombákat a húsos töltelékkel, amit előzőleg elkészítettünk.
Közepes lángon süssük kb 20 percig. A gomba sok vizet tartalmaz, ezért ki is fő belőle sütés közben, de ez rendben van így.
20 perc elteltével vegyük ki a sütőből, minden gomba tetejére helyezzünk egy kávéskanál tejfölt, majd szórjuk meg reszelt sajttal. Tóljuk vissza a sütőbe, süssük tovább, amíg a sajt elolvad a tetején. A tejföl használata opcionális, el is lehet hagyni.
Melegen tálaljuk. Ez a recept elkészíthető ebédre, vacsorára, de lehet akár reggeli is, ha valaki a tartalmasabb reggeliket szereti.
