We also have the same thing here in the Philippines (exactly looks the same), it's called Leche Flan but instead of Rice it's made up of egg yolks and milk. It is really my favorite and I bet this Rice Flan do tastes good too. I'm probably going to try this!!!

The egg and milk flan is also delicious, this flan is usually traditional here but I wanted to substitute the eggs for rice and it was just as delicious but with a creamier texture. I hope that soon you will be encouraged to prepare this recipe. Greetings!
