hola linda comunidad de hive, espero que se encuentren bien!. El día de hoy les traigo una rica y saludable receta de panquecas con manzana.
Les cuento que chef chef.... no lo soy, la verdad es que lo único que se hacer es un arroz, pero no sé qué paso ese día si se alinearon los planetas que desperté con ganas de prepararme un rico desayuno. Casi destruyo el microondas😅 pero eso te lo contaré más adelante...
-1 cup of wheat flour 0000 or all use.
-1 cup of milk (240ml)
-3 apples.
-2 eggs.
-1 generous teaspoon of butter.
-4 teaspoons of sugar.
-1 teaspoon salt.
-1 teaspoon of baking powder.
-Cinnamon to taste.
-Vanilla to taste.
-1 taza de harina de trigo 0000 ó todo uso (140g)
-1 taza de leche (240ml)
-3 manzanas.
-2 huevos.
-1 cucharadita generosa de mantequilla.
-4 cucharaditas de azúcar.
-1 cucharadita de sal.
-1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear.
-Canela al gusto.
-Vainilla al gusto.
1- Peel and cut the apples into thin slices.
To prevent the apples from browning and changing color, sprinkle a little lemon on it.
1- Pelar y cortar las manzanas en finas rebanadas.
Para evitar que las manzanas se oxiden y cambien de color rociarle un poco de limón.
2- Blend the liquid ingredients first and then add the dry ingredients.
In this step, when I put the butter to melt in the microwave, the cup where the butter was almost exploded, causing blue rays to be seen from the outside and it began to smell burnt.It was there, where I began to fear for my life because I knew that I would not get out of there without a scolding from my mom (⊙_⊙;). Wonderfully, the poor accident was never my fault because it was an internal part of the microwave that had burned out and that's why it made that reaction. Moral of the story: "check things well before putting them in the microwave."
2- Licuar primero los ingredientes líquidos y después incorporar los ingredientes secos.
En este paso, al poner la mantequilla a derretir en el microondas fue cuando casi explota la taza donde estaba la mantequilla, haciendo que desde afuera se vieran rayos azules y comenzara a oler a quemado. Fue ahí, donde comencé a temer por mi vida porque sabía que no saldría ilesa de un regaño por parte de mi mamá(⊙_⊙;). Maravillosamente el pobre accidente nunca fue mi culpa porque era una placa del microondas que se había quemado y por eso hizo esa reacción. Moraleja: "revisen las cosas bien antes de meterlas al microondas".
3- Grease a skillet with a little butter. Pour the pancake mixture into the skillet. When the pancake is still raw, place the apple pieces so that they adhere to the dough.
3- Engrasar un sartén con un poco de mantequilla. Vertir la mezcla de las panquecas en el sartén. Cuando la panqueca este aún cruda, colocar los trozos de manzana para que se adhieran a la masa.
4- When you notice that the apples are already attached to the dough, turn the pancake and leave it on the other side for a few seconds. If you want your pancakes to have a sweeter touch, you can accompany them with caramel sauce or jam.
4- Cuando notes que las manzanas ya están adheridas a la masa, voltea la panqueca y déjala por el otro lado unos segundos. si quieres que tus panquecas tengan un toque más dulzón, las puedes acompañar con dulce de leche o mermelada.
