In this season of so much heat, I did not feel like making a dessert that does not require baking, it is very easy and delicious.

I love this dessert because it can be prepared in advance and is ideal for sharing with the family.

En esta temporada de tanto calor, no me antojo hacer un postre que no requiere ser horneado, es muy fácil y delicioso.

Se trata de un pay de chocolate, me encanta este postre ya que se puede preparar con antelación y es ideal para compartir en familia.

Procedure/ procedimiento

Start the preparation by carrying out the following steps beforehand and set aside.Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie.
Hydrate the grenetine and soften in the microwave until liquid.
Crush the biscuits
Melt the butter.

Iniciar la preparación realizando previamente los siguientes pasos y reservar.Derretir en el microonda o en baño de maría el chocolate. Hidratar la grenetina y suavizar en el microonda hasta que este liquida. Triturar las galletas Derretir la mantequilla.

Beat

Mix the biscuits with the cocoa and butter to form a dough; place in a pie dish and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Whip

For the filling, whip the cream until fluffy and stiff.

Melt the Semi-Sweet Chocolate in the microwave for 20-second intervals, stirring between each interval until completely melted; add the Condensed Milk, the previously hydrated and dissolved grenetine, let cool a little and pour into the mixture to the whipped cream in an enveloping manner.

Pour over the biscuit base and refrigerate for 1 hour or until completely set; garnish with the grated semi-sweet chocolate.
Sprinkle with a little cocoa, or add a chocolate ganache on top.
