Choco-milk Jelly Pie | Daily Recipe

Howdy guys, long time no see!

This time i'm gonna show u how to make a pie, but this is special y'know? It's jelly pie! And do u know what else makes it special? Most of pies are baked in the oven, but mine is an exception. It's made without using an oven!

I'm not gonna lie, it's true! I don't even have an oven. So i made this just with a frying pan instead. It's so easy. I'm sure u can make it too!

Ingredients

Pie Crust :

  • 150 grams of Wheat flour (10 tbsp)
  • 75 grams of Margarine (5 tbsp)
  • 40 grams of Condensed milk (4 tbsp)

Pie Filling :

  • 20 grams of Chocolate jelly powder
  • 10 grams of Plain jelly powder
  • 60 grams of Sugar (4 tbsp)
  • 40 grams of Condensed milk (4 tbsp)
  • 800 ml of Water

Procedures

Prepare for the crust. Make sure u wash ur hands first.

Pour the flour, add margarine and condensed milk.

Mix them all with a spoon.

Mix and knead the dough with ur hands.

Next, prepare the non-sticky frying pan. Brush it with just a little bit margarine if needed. Put the dough into it.

Then flatten the dough until it covers the frying pan like this.

And don't forget to make some small holes with a fork so the crust will be cooked perfectly.

Bake the crust in very low heat for 30 minutes. Keep the frying pan covered.

Well, the pie crust is done. Let it cool for a while. Then let's prepare for the filling.

Pour the plain jelly powder. Add 2 tbsp of sugar and condensed milk.

Add 400 ml of water, stir well.

Cook it in medium heat while keep stirring until it boils.

After that pour the liquid jelly to the pie crust. Wait for the jelly to set up.

Cook the other jelly powder just like we did before.

Ok, we're done with the chocolate jelly. But wait, don't pour it directly to the pie! Cuz we'll create a cool pattern with this.

Slice the milk jelly in a pie. Be careful, just slice the jelly, not the pie crust. Divide it into 8 parts.

Remove the 4 parts of milk jelly like this. It's for the chocolate jelly.

Then pour the chocolate jelly carefully between the milk jelly parts. Let it cool and perfectly set.

Almost done! U can decorate the pie with any topping u want. I decorated it with grated cheese, chocolate sprinkles, and some berries.
