After today’s food experience, I realized nothing is better than authentic food. Amazingly, I’m still able to find the biryani that suits my preference even though I already tried a lot of biryani recipes in the past.
Usman’s Briyani Chicken is my kind of briyani!
In most places where I’ve eaten biryani, the rice is usually dry and the curry is spicy my preference. There’s nothing wrong with the rice being dry because you can simply pour the curry over it and it will become moist.
The biryani that I had this lunch has a moist rice.
The aroma and the seasoning in the rice was subtle. It has the right balance and I can always drizzle curry to make it tastier. I like that I have the freedom to control the level of flavor and taste.
The chicken is the best one that I have ever tried.
It tastes delicious and it’s moist. It’s fall off the bone tender but it’s surprisingly intact. It doesn’t easily all apart. The bone is white which is an indication that it’s not a frozen chicken.
There are plenty of other dishes that I wanted to try but I’m already full. On my next visit, I will try the Briyani Mutton also.
After this heavy meal, I decided to go for a walk to check on the items that I could buy from this area. Little India is one of the best spots for shopping because of the variety of things to buy. The items that they sell here are also the cheaper ones.
This is definitely delicious, I'm made hungry by the photos of this food
These foods are delicious, I can imagine the spice it gives in your mouth😊😊 I want to try the food maybe make one at home but have to buy ingredients for these foods🤤🤤
Yay! 🤗
