Hola querida comunidad, como están? Espero que muy bien, hoy les comparto una de las recetas que yo considero demasiado sabrosa "Arroz con pollo" muy fácil de preparar y con pocos ingredientes... Espero les agrade!
Hello dear community, how are you? I hope very well, today I share with you one of the recipes that I consider too tasty "Arroz con pollo" very easy to prepare and with few ingredients... I hope you like it!

Preparación / Preparation
Primero que nada vamos poner un poco de aceite y sofreímos el pollo junto con el ajo, durante unos 5 a 7 minutos. Luego agregamos el arroz y removemos muy bien para que no se pegue
First of all we are going to put some oil and fry the chicken together with the garlic, for about 5 to 7 minutes. Then add the rice and stir well so that it does not stick.
Puede agregar agua o caldo de pollo (si tu sancochas el pollo queda el caldo). Le colocamos el doble de la taza de arroz (1 litro en este caso)
You can add water or chicken broth (if you boil the chicken, the broth remains). We add twice the cup of rice (1 liter in this case).
Esperamos que se cocine bien el arroz, el tiempo aproximado de culminación es de 15 a 20 minutos
We wait for the rice to cook well, the approximate time of completion is 15 to 20 minutes.
Luego de esperar, simplemente servimos y a disfrutar!
After waiting, simply serve and enjoy!
