Greetings my Hive cooking lovers, soon I will have again the visit of my nephews and therefore I am looking for a snack to spoil them that day, so inventing between one and another recipe this was the one I liked and I want to share it with you.

Saludos mis amantes de la cocina Hive, pronto tendré nuevamente la visita de mis sobrinos y por ello estoy buscando una merienda para consentirles ese día, así que inventando entre una y otra receta esta fue la que me gustó y quiero compartirla con ustedes.

Ingredients to use.
3 medium potatoes
1 egg.
Bread crumbs, as needed.
Sea salt to taste.
Garlic, onion and parsley.

Ingredientes a utilizar.
3 papas medianas
1 huevo.
Pan rallado, cantidad necesario.
Sal marina al gusto.
Ajo, cebolla y perejil molidos.

Procedure:
We peeled the potatoes and cut into small squares.

Procedimiento:
Pelamos las papas y cortamos en cuadritos pequeños.

Then I steamed them.

Luego las cociné al vapor.

Después de cocidas, las pasé a un plato llano y le agregué la sal y los demás condimentos.

Seguidamente hacemos un rollo con la masa y colocamos en el plato y con las manos aplastamos un poco.
