It really is very tasty. It almost took him around 7 hours. I wasn't able to document his process from the start. He made everything that day. He made the dough from scratch. The meatballs as well. Then he had to knead the dough, flatten and cut it to 8 smaller parts. Then he had to pass the cut dough through the slow moving machine 9 times each to make it thinner. Home made pasta is no joke, but is so worth it.
Oh wow I didn’t think about the meatballs haha. And yeah even the dough. Geez 7 hrs 🫣
Yeah, it was insane. Most of the time there was from the making of the pasta. We only had one machine and he made a lot of servings. Of course it wasn't a straight 7 hours of just that. There were occasional beer breaks in between. haha
