How are you today? Once again, I’m here to share a delicious recipe with you all. Today’s treat is none other than Stuffed Chili Fish, a creative way to transform everyday ingredients into an exquisite and unforgettable dish.

Required Ingredients...

🍀 3 or 4 fish chili pods.
🍀 Coconut oil for frying
🍀 1 1/2 cup of wheat flour.
🍀 About 2 boiled and mashed potatoes.
🍀 Some boiled and mashed fish.
🍀 2 finely chopped onions.
🍀 2 green chilli pods finely chopped.
🍀 Some finely chopped garlic.
🍀 1 teaspoon crushed chili powder.
🍀 1 teaspoon of Pepper powder.
🍀 1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
🍀 Salt as needed.

Method of making....

1 Step.
Start by preparing the filling. Place a pan on the stove and add about 2 tablespoons of oil. Once the oil is heated, add chopped onions and minced garlic, then mix well. Allow the mixture to sauté for a short while. Next, add the flaked fish (already cleaned and cooked), chopped green chilies, chili powder, Boiled potatoes , pepper powder, a pinch of turmeric, and salt to taste. Stir everything thoroughly, ensuring the ingredients are well combined. Let the mixture cook for 2 minutes, then remove it from the heat.

2 Step.

Take the Fish chili and carefully cut them lengthwise into two halves. Gently remove the seeds and inner membrane using a small spoon or your fingers. The Fish chili are now ready to be stuffed! Follow the images below as a guide for proper preparation.

3 Step.
Next, to prepare a flour dough, add it to a bowl, add a little salt and a little coconut oil and mix it. Add water little by little and prepare the dough.

4 Step.
Take the prepared dough and place it on a clean, flat surface lightly dusted with flour to prevent sticking. Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough evenly until it is thin. Ensure the dough is not too thick, as it needs to wrap around the stuffed chilies later. Once the dough is rolled out, take a sharp knife and cut it into thin strips of equal width. Set aside the strips, making sure they are separated and ready to use for wrapping.

5 Step.
Next, the fish and chilli filling is prepared in the following way.

Next, cut strips of flour are taken and wrapped around the fish and chili filling.

Next, fry the prepared fish chilli until golden.
