Today, I prepared a snack that is perfect for tea time or a relaxing moment. It was truly a new experience for me. Simple ingredients can lead to extraordinary results, and this recipe proves it. Using just two potatoes and a cup of wheat flour, I created this delicious snack that pairs perfectly with a warm cup of tea, making the moment even more special.

step.
Required Ingredients...
🍀 1 cup of wheat flour.
🍀 2 medium sized potatoes boiled and mashed.
🍀 3 tablespoons of boiled and mashed chicken.
🍀 Coconut oil for frying.
🍀 A little chopped garlic and ginger.
🍀 A green chilli pod finely chopped.
🍀 A few finely chopped curry leaves.
🍀 A piece of finely chopped tomato.
🍀 1 teaspoon crushed chili powder.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder.
🍀 Salt as needed.
🍀 Some water.
Method of making....
1 Step.
Take a pot and add about 2/3 cup of water. Place it on the stove and bring the water to a boil. Once it starts boiling, add 1/3 teaspoon of salt and mix well. Simultaneously, add the wheat flour to the boiling water and mix thoroughly until it forms a smooth dough. Set the dough aside to cool.
2 Step.
Next, place a pan on the stove and add about 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Once the oil is heated, add chopped onions, ginger, green chilies, tomatoes, chili powder, salt, pepper, and minced meat. Sauté the mixture well, stirring thoroughly to combine all the flavors. Cook until the ingredients are well blended and the meat is cooked through.
3 Step.
Next, take a flat surface suitable for rolling, such as a cutting board or rolling mat, and sprinkle a little flour on it to prevent sticking. Place the prepared dough on the surface and use a rolling pin to roll it out evenly until it is thin and smooth.
Step 4.
Next, take the prepared filling mixture and spread it evenly over the rolled-out dough. Ensure that the filling is distributed in a thin, consistent layer, as shown in the images below.
Step 5.
Roll the dough carefully with the filling inside, forming a tight roll as shown in the images below. Once rolled, use a knife to cut the roll into evenly-sized pieces, creating spiral-shaped slices.
Step 6.
Take a pan and add enough coconut oil for frying. Heat the oil and carefully fry the slices until they turn a golden brown color. Once fried, place them on an oil-absorbing paper to remove excess oil. Your snack is now ready to serve!
