Esta semana en mis clases de Pastelería tuve la oportunidad de conocer o probar algo nuevo y diferente que me encanto los famosa shots o verrines, que es el término culinario de origen francés, que hace referencia al tipo de presentación de algunos platos. Traducido al español la palabra “Verrinè” significa “tarro”. Este es el principio base de este término. El Verrines es, entonces, un tipo de presentación que se vale de un pequeño base de cristal. Es usado principalmente en de gustaciones ya que la cantidad servida es muy pequeña, pero, sin duda resulta bastante atractiva a la vista. Por tanto, deben cuidarse aspectos como contrastes de colores, sabores y texturas, que al final se obtenga un resultado armonioso y delicioso.
