These are some of my favorite Matcha desserts. Matcha is green tea powder. The best quality Matcha is pure leaf powder without preservatives and sugars. It's high in catechin, a type of natural phenol and antioxidant, caffeine and tannin, minerals and vitamins. It has great health benefits.
I love to drink Matcha or Ryokucha green tea daily but personally, I don't want to go over two cups a day because of the natural tannin occurrence. High quality teas contain more tannin.
A little trick can help and that's not heating up water over 80 degrees celsius for brewing. With higher water temperature, higher amount of tannin and caffeine is released.
Awesome home made brown sugar Matcha Roll Cake. Filled with fresh whipped Matcha milk cream and sweet Azuki beans (Anko sweet beans).
Matcha Cheese Cake with Azuki beans sprinkled with matcha powder. The flavorful Ryokucha green tea compliments richness of this dessert excellently.
Delicious Matcha Latte. Without sugar tastes great!

Noticed you undelegated from ocdb after only having delegated 5 days ago, just wanted to let you know that the rewards start being sent out first after 7 days (when the curation rewards of your delegation come in) and at the same time last 7 days longer after you undelegate. Just thought I'd let you know that you weren't missed due to an error or on purpose, you should still receive some liquids for the days you were delegated in case you change your mind and want to redelegate in the near future. ^^
