Healthy Vegetable Pasticho Lunch / Language( 🇺🇸 /🇪🇸) 👩‍🍳

Good Hive Food community today I want to share with you this vegetable Pasticho, it is a healthier way to eat pasticho, I am currently pregnant and I am cooking more vegetables and healthier things to not get so fat in pregnancy, the doctor told me that I should avoid flour, junk food, soda, sweets.

My daughter loves to eat pasticho and this time I made it with potatoes and zucchini, with the same ingredients as if it were pasta pasticho but with vegetables, it was very tasty and she loved it, it is a little healthier way to eat this divine dish.

 Buenas comunidad Hive Food hoy quiero compartir con ustedes este Pasticho de vegetales, es una forma más saludable de comer  pasticho, actualmente estoy embarazada y estoy cocinando más vegetales y cosas más saludables para no engordar tanto en el embarazo, la Dra me dijo que debo evitar las harinas, comida chatarra, refresco, dulces.

 Mi hija ama comer pasticho y en esta ocasión lo hice con papas y calabacín, con los mismos ingredientes que si fuera pasticho de pasta pero con vegetales, quedó sumamente gustoso y le encanto, es una forma un poco más saludable de comer este plato tan divino.

I made a small mold using the following ingredients:
3 large potatoes.
1 large zucchini.
500gr ground beef.
To season the meat, I put onion, garlic, celery Spain, there sweet, tomatoes for the sauce, salt, pepper, oregano to taste.
The bechamel sauce
I sautéed garlic and onion with butter.
4 cups of milk
3 tablespoons of wheat flour.
Salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste.
300gr of pecorino cheese.

Hice un molde pequeño  utilice los siguientes ingredientes:
3 papas grandes.
1calabacin grande.
500gr Carne Molida.
Para aliñar la carne, le coloque cebolla, ajo, apio España, ahí dulce, tomates para la salsa, sal, pimienta, orégano al gusto.

La salsa bechamel
Sofreí ajo y cebolla con mantequilla.
4 tazas de leche
3 Cucharadas de Harina de trigo.
Sal, pimienta y nuez moscada al gusto.
300gr de queso pecorino.

For the preparation:
I sautéed the seasonings with the meat, then I put the liquefied tomatoes, let it cook for 40 minutes.
For the béchamel sauce I sautéed the onion and garlic in butter and added the milk with the wheat flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
I browned the zucchini in a frying pan with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
The potatoes I block them and let them al dente.
Then I proceeded arms, the mold I put oil, the bechamel and the first layer of potatoes, meat cheese and then bechamel, the next layer is zucchini meat cheese and bechamel, the last layer potatoes bechamel cheese, pepper, oregano and a few dots of butter, cover with foil and bake for 30minutes, uncover and let brown, then turn it off and let stand and then chop it and serve the table.

I hope you like my recipe and try to make it at home and let me know how it went.

Para la preparación:
Sofreí los aliños con la carne, luego le coloque los tomates licuados, dejo cocinar por 40minitos.
Para la bechamel sofreí la cebolla y el ajo en mantequilla y le agrego la leche con la harina de trigo, sal, pimienta y nuez moscada.
Los calabacines los dore en un sartén y la sal, Pimente.
Las papas las bloqueas y las dejé al dente.
Luego procedí armas, el molde le coloco aceite, la bechamel y la primera capa de papas, carne queso y luego bechamel, la próxima capa es de calabacín carne queso y bechamel, la última capa papás bechamel queso, pimienta, orégano y unos punticos de mantequilla, tapamos con papel aluminio y horneamos por 30minutos, destapamos y dejamos dorar, luego lo apagamos y dejamos reposar para luego picarlo y servir la mesa.
