Enjoying Pecak Duck, with Spicy Chili which is extraordinarily Spicy level.

Asian people usually really like spicy, there are various kinds of chili, especially in Indonesia. And each chili has its own level of spiciness. Big green chili, because it is harvested when it is still young, usually this chili is used to mix chili sauce, sliced ​​to make the chili look more attractive. This green chili when it gets older, it will turn red and the level of spiciness increases by one level, it just becomes spicy, and there are also chilies I think this small cayenne is on level 3. And the hottest chili is the Caplak chili, it looks like cayenne pepper but has a slightly orange color when it is old and ripe. This tick chili is now a trend for chili sauce with the maximum level of spiciness. If you don't like spicy taste, don't ever try this chili-based chili sauce.

And today's lunch, I think I'm either lucky or not. This afternoon I went to lunch with my teaching friend at Warung 88 in my hometown. There are so many menus that can be ordered at this shop, ranging from meatballs, chicken noodles, various processed duck, various processed chicken, various processed fresh fresh fish, various processed fresh sea fish and various snacks and drinks. And the mainstay menu here is the processed duck. There are various processed ducks in this shop, starting from the Penyet duck. Grilled duck pecak duck, and green chili stir-fried duck.

Of all the menus in stall 88, the duck menu is the mainstay and special menu here, because the duck served is village duck or organic duck, the meat is very tender, the pieces are large, and the marinade seeps into the duck bones, so it doesn't go away. need to be too difficult to cut this duck into small pieces. But it will be much more delicious if we eat it by hand. Don't worry, because there are many sinks in this shop for you to wash your hands, so everything is sterile, friends.

And from this variety of duck preparations, I chose the Duck Pecak menu, and from this menu I was stuck, because this duck pecak chili sauce is made with tick chili which has the highest level of spiciness in Indonesia, even though the chili served is a little but I am not strong to finish this chili, because it is very spicy. Because of the spiciness, I have eaten the rice available in jumbo size. This Pecak duck is not only served with chili sauce with a god level level of spiciness, it is also served with urap, which is vegetables sprinkled with spicy coconut with palm sugar in it, and a little cracker. Even though it has a high level of spiciness, you must try this menu because your starch will be addicted. To get rid of the spiciness of you guys, I suggest ordering hot lemon tea,

The spicy sensation produced by this Pecak duck chili sauce will disappear and there will be a different taste in our ears when we drink the hot lemon tea earlier. The lemon tea in this shop is also very delicious, because it is not too sour, the sweetness is just right. Because it uses imported lemons instead of local lemons which have a quite sour taste.

If you like the duck menu here but you don't like the spicy taste, you can order grilled duck with non-spicy soy sauce, or you can order other menus. Even though the menus at this shop have quite large pieces, they do not make our pockets hollow. The price per portion here is only Rp. 25,000 only or no more than 2 $ dollars.

This shop is on the side of the road. The condition of this shop is very clean even though it looks simple, in the corner of the end room you can enjoy an aquarium with various types of ornamental fish, the seats served are also varied, ranging from lesehen and those with complete chairs and tables.
