MAJARETE DE COCO:
Hola mis queridos amigos saludos para todos,un fuerte abrazo y como siempre deseando se encuentren muy bien de salud, me es grato compartir con todos ustedes esta rica y muy apetitosa receta de majarete de coco muy tradicional en Venezuela, lleva poco ingredientes y es fácil de preparar.

También llamado manjar de coco,en Venezuela se consume durante todo el año, especialmente en semana santa.
Su origen es de la época de la Colonia y ha ido pasando de generación en generación se ha mantenido en el tiempo ya que es un postre único.
INGREDIENTES:
1 coco, 2 vasos de leche de coco
25O gr de harina de maíz précocida
Canela en polvo para decorar
Canela en rama
Azúcar al gusto
Sal, una pizca

Si quieres lo cuelas o le dejas los grumos del coco todo depende de tu gusto,luego procedemos a cocinar con la harina de maíz la canela en rama el azúcar la pizca de sal, esta mezcla se cocina a fuego lento durante veinte minutos sin dejar de mover con una cuchara de madera,no puedes dejar de mover porque se pega, luego se sirve en un molde de tu preferencia.
