Bakwan Corn

Today I want to share a simple snack recipe. snacks that can also be used as a side dish. His name is Corn Bakwan.

The cooking is actually simple and the ingredients to make it are not many and not complicated. Before I share the recipe I want to tell a little story. Incidentally today is the first day of fasting for Muslims. and usually when the first fast not many sellers are open during the day. all respect the fasting people. I think it's good, because we respect each other's religions. So, that's why I cook at home.

Honestly, sometimes I prefer to cook simple and uncomplicated dishes. especially on weekdays. have to get up early and prepare lunch for work. everything must be fast paced and simple cooking.

Here's the cornbread recipe:

  • corn
  • wheat flour
  • salt
  • cooking oil

how to make :

  • Sliced ​​Corn

  • add enough water and add salt

  • Stir until you feel the dough is thick and all mixed.

  • Prepare a frying pan and pour cooking oil

  • if the oil is hot, pour 1 spoon of dough and repeat again until the frying pan is full

  • Don't forget to turn it over so it doesn't burn

  • if it feels cooked, then lift and drain
  • Bakwan corn is ready to be served
