what's your menu eat for tonight? if i fried rice. I want to tell you a little why I eat fried rice tonight.
First, I'm really hungry and the fried rice near my house the portion is a lot and guaranteed to make you full. the second at night the food that I encounter a lot is fried rice. and coincidentally tonight I'm in the mood to eat spicy and the portion is a lot.
Fried rice is a typical Indonesian food. why is it called fried rice because the rice is cooked by frying it using chili, onion, and salt seasonings whose spices are ground and then stir-fried using a little cooking oil in a frying pan. Then the rice is put into the frying pan and then stirred. oh don't forget the sweet soy sauce. usually at the fried rice seller they add sausage or petai according to customer orders.
in the fried rice there is also a fried egg. complementary fried rice dish. I also wonder why the fried eggs from the fried rice seller taste better :)
oh here is provided drinking water, namely warm fresh tea and this is free. if you don't like tea, plain water is also provided. so if we forget to bring drinking water, here it is provided.
in fried rice also provided pickles. I like pickles because they are more delicious when eating fried rice with pickles. The pickles here contain cucumber, small green chilies, red onions,carrot
honestly I often eat here. The fried rice is good and the portions are big. here too many buyers to have to queue.
Fried rice is also quite well known by some other countries. but according to the information I got, fried rice abroad is more expensive. if i go abroad maybe i will cook my own fried rice there hehe to save more costs :)
