Saludos estimada comunidad, hoy les traigo una receta que añoro muchísimo un desayuno muy criollo para nosotros los venezolanos , se trata de mi desayuno favorito que hacía nuestra madre .Un gran recuerdo que llevo en mi corazón.

Me trasladó Inmediatamente a mi infancia , cuando recuerdo esas empanadas de lonchera para la escuela , el caso es, como mi mamá rendía la carne en el molino Manual marca comercial Corona .
It immediately took me back to my childhood, when I remember those lunchbox empanadas for school, the thing is, as my mom used to make the meat in the Manual Corona brand of meat grinder.
Vivíamos en un pueblito , no existía carnicería ni carne Molina como ahora en la actualidad .Entonces Quiero compartir esta receta con ustedes por la razón que me motiva , de que anteriormente se preparaban comidas sanas, v nuestras abuelas molían no sólo carne también el maíz para la preparación de la arepa , y que está carne queda jugosa y rinde full .
We lived in a small town, there was no butcher or meat Molina as nowadays, so I want to share this recipe with you for the reason that motivates me, that previously they prepared healthy meals, v our grandmothers ground not only meat but also corn for the preparation of the arepa, and that this meat is juicy and yields full.
Ingredientes
☑️ 1 kilogramo de carne molida en molino Manual.
☑️- Un pimentón
☑️- Una cebolla
☑️- Un ajo porro
☑️-Ajo al gusto
☑️Una cucharada orégano
☑️Sal al gusto
☑️Onoto al gusto
☑️1/4 litro de aceite para freír y un poco para pintar con onoto.
☑️ cilantro una ramita
Ingredients
☑️kilogram of ground beef in Manual mill.
☑️- One paprika.
☑️- One onion.
☑️- One garlic stick.
☑️- Garlic to taste.
☑️- One tablespoon oregano.
☑️-Salt to taste.
☑️Onoto to taste.
☑️1/4 liter of oil for frying and a little for painting with onoto.

Modo de preparación
1️⃣ Picar la carne en trozos pequeños
2️⃣ Aliñar la carne , incorporando cada uno de los ingredientes ; una cabecita entera de ajo,
Cebollín al gusto
Orégano al gusto
Ajo porro al gusto
Cilantro al gusto .macerar unos 10 minutos
3️⃣ Colocar en un recipiente
Salcochar hasta estar blandita la carne
4️⃣ Dejar enfriar
5️⃣ Pasar los trozos de carne por el molino Manual
6️⃣ Prepara un sofrito con resto de aliños que quedaron de después de haber macerado
7️⃣ Incorporporar la carne ya molida .obteniendo el relleno de las empanadas
8️⃣ Preparar la masa para las empanadas Con el agua restante después de haber salcochado la carne
Masar bien aplicar un poquito de onoto para dar color opcional
9️⃣ Y por último ir separando la masa para cada empanada colocar el relleno cerrarla quitar bordes sobrante y listo freir .
How to prepare
1️⃣ Chop the meat into small pieces.
2️⃣ Dress the meat , incorporating each of the ingredients ; a whole head of garlic,
Chives to taste
Oregano to taste
Garlic to taste
Cilantro to taste .macerate for about 10 minutes.
3️⃣ Place in a bowl.
Sauté until the meat is tender.
4️⃣ Let cool down
5️⃣ Pass the meat pieces through the Manual grinder.
6️⃣ Prepare a sofrito with remaining seasoning left over from after mashing.
7️⃣ Incorporate the meat already ground .obtaining the filling of the empanadas.
8️⃣ Prepare the dough for the empanadas.
With the water left over after braising the meat.
Mass well apply a little bit of onoto for color optional.
9️⃣ And finally go separating the dough for each empanada place the filling close it remove excess edges and ready fry.
