Pasta On Fire - Cooking on Sunday/ Pasta en Llamas - Cocinando el Domingo

Buenos días, buenas tardes y buenas noches amigos de Hive! Momento de una nueva publicación.

Durante la mayor parte de la semana mi esposa @zupasteleria se dedica a preparar la mayoría de las comidas y como muestra de mi amor he decidido que de ahora en adelante yo me encargaré de las comidas del domingo y para hacer algo diferente decidí preparar por primera vez una receta que llamaré Pasta en Llamas porque es de color rojo vibrante y con mucha potencia en el sabor así que ahora les contaré como pueden preparar esta receta en casa y verán que si la preparan van a sorprender a sus seres queridos.

INGREDIENTES

Antes que nada deben tener los siguientes ingredientes:

1 remolacha

4 cdas de aceite de oliva separadas.

1 cda de zumo de limón.

2 cdas de queso Ricotta.

Sal y Pimienta al gusto.

250 grs de Spaghetti.

1 taza de agua de la pasta.

3 cdas de perejil picado.

Nueces al gusto (opcional).

PREPARACIÓN

Lo primero que haremos será hervir la remolacha en una olla hasta que este blanda. Cada cierto tiempo debes revisar que la remolacha ya está lista pinchándola con un tenedor. Una vez que está lista la reservamos.

A continuación rallamos los 4 dientes de ajos y también picamos el perejil. Entonces, en una sartén colocamos 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva a fuego medio y sofreímos el ajo rallado junto con el perejil hasta conseguir una mezcla que usaremos como topping.

Después, preparamos la salsa de remolacha. Removemos la piel de la remolacha y la cortamos en trozos para luego procesarla junto con el queso Ricotta, lo que resta del aceite de oliva, el zumo de limón, la sal y la pimienta. Procesamos hasta que no queden grumos.

Luego, llenamos una olla con agua y la ponemos a calentar a fuego alto. Yo coloco una cucharada de sal junto con el agua. Una vez que el agua comience a hervir colocamos la pasta y cada cierto tiempo revolvemos para evitar que se pegue. Una vez que esté lista y en su punto la sacamos de la olla y, reservamos una taza de agua de la misma pasta.

Seguidamente, en un recipiente colocamos la pasta, le agregamos la salsa de remolacha, integramos y luego añadimos el agua de la pasta que habíamos reservado anteriormente. Una vez que integremos todo lo anterior nuestra pasta estará lista para empezar a emplatar.

Luego de servir la pasta en el plato colocamos el topping de ajo y perejil y listo. Nosotros le colocamos un poco de nueces picadas que la verdad se sienten muy bien con el resto de los sabores así que les recomiendo que tengan muchas nueces para comer con este rico plato.

Este plato la verdad me sorprendió porque no esperaba que la pasta quedara tan rica, aparte que el color le da una presencia muy gourmet, pero el toque que le dan el topping y las nueces es muy potente y adecuado para darle textura al momento de degustar.

Por mi parte quiero volver a repetir esta receta en próximas oportunidades, aunque me gustaría experimentar con algunos sabores que ya estoy pensando.

During most of the week my wife @zupasteleria is dedicated to prepare most of the meals and as a token of my love I have decided that from now on I will be in charge of the Sunday meals and to do something different I decided to prepare for the first time a recipe that I will call Pasta en Llamas because it is vibrant red and with a lot of power in the flavor so now I will tell you how you can prepare this recipe at home and you will see that if you prepare it you are going to surprise your loved ones.

INGREDIENTS

First of all you must have the following ingredients:

1 beet

4 tablespoons of olive oil, separated.

1 tablespoon of lemon juice.

2 tablespoons Ricotta cheese.

Salt and pepper to taste.

250 grs of Spaghetti.

1 cup of pasta water.

3 tablespoons of chopped parsley.

Nuts to taste (optional).

PREPARATION

The first thing to do is to boil the beets in a pot until they are soft. Every so often you should check that the beet is ready by pricking it with a fork. Once it is ready, put it aside.

Next we grate the 4 cloves of garlic and also chop the parsley. Then, in a frying pan we place 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat and fry the grated garlic together with the parsley until we get a mixture that we will use as a topping.

Then, we prepare the beet sauce. Remove the beet skin and cut it into pieces and then process it together with the Ricotta cheese, the rest of the olive oil, the lemon juice, salt and pepper. Process until smooth.

Then, fill a pot with water and heat it over high heat. I put a spoonful of salt along with the water. Once the water starts to boil, add the pasta and stir it every so often to prevent it from sticking. Once it is ready and in its point we take it out of the pot and, we reserve a cup of water of the same pasta.

Next, in a bowl place the pasta, add the beet sauce, integrate and then add the pasta water that we had previously reserved. Once we integrate all the above, our pasta will be ready to start serving.

After serving the pasta on the plate, add the garlic and parsley topping and that's it. We put some chopped walnuts that really feel great with the rest of the flavors, so I recommend you to have a lot of walnuts to eat with this delicious dish.

This dish really surprised me because I did not expect the pasta to be so rich, besides the color gives it a very gourmet presence, but the touch that the topping and the walnuts give it is very powerful and adequate to give it texture at the moment of tasting.

For my part I want to repeat this recipe in future opportunities, although I would like to experiment with some flavors that I am already thinking about.
